An Early Birthday Celebration For My Beautiful and Innocent Niece

My dear niece will be turning 12 years old soon on 02 Oct 2008 and it is a day after the Children’s Day. But it falls on a weekday so we have decided to have an early birthday celebration for our little beautiful Princess today.

I drove my sisters, niece and nephews to the Anchorpoint shopping centre along the Alexandra road at around 2pm today. We found a two-storey Chinese cuisine restaurant opposite Anchorpoint. The name of the Chinese restaurant is called Zhou’s Kitchen and its High Tea Buffet starts at 2:45pm and ends at 5pm daily.

We were too early for the High Tea so we made a reservation for 8 persons first and then went for shopping at Anchorpoint shopping centre. I remember I have been to Anchorpoint many years ago and things have been changing quite fast over the years. Perhaps this is a phenomenon in Singapore and the freshness is there if one has not been visiting certain places for quite some times. At least one won’t get bored easily.

The time was finally up after walking around to do our window-shopping. We were really hungry so we headed towards the Chinese restaurant for our High Tea Buffet punctually at 2:45pm. We ordered many different varieties of Chinese food and Dim Sum after ticking our choices on the menu.

Here are the pictures of the Chinese High Tea Buffet.

The Chinese food and Dim Sum at the Zhou’s Kitchen Restaurant are really delicious and yummy. We stuffed ourselves with the good food until we found it hard to walk properly. We like the food there and we will come back to patronise Zhou’s Kitchen in the near future.
